黛絲（梅蘭尼·格里菲斯 Melanie Griffith 飾）是一位女秘書(shū)，在工作上，她的精明強(qiáng)干和聰明才智一點(diǎn)也不輸給自己那些男同事們，但是，因?yàn)榫芙^了上司那近乎于“性騷擾”的非分要求，能干的黛絲被調(diào)離了崗位，等同于降職。
